The challenge for Zignego Group was two-fold: create more space to repair their growing fleet of concrete trucks and equipment, and incorporate a central storage room for a vast selection of rare parts.

Our team got to work designing a new facility that could be built on their existing footprint, offering the space, quick accessibility and through-put process to repair their fleet of vehicles. Given the parameters of what repairing large equipment is, our team worked alongside Zignego to incorporate multiple overhead cranes, sunken oil change bays, a large part and equipment library, as well as a full office and break room for their team.
