Sharp Packaging was inefficiently operating out of five different facilities. They had an overall goal to consolidate their operations under one roof in an efficient state-of-the-art facility that they could utilize to increase productivity, production and sales.

With the prospect of future growth opportunities, the Briohn worked with Sharp Packaging to evaluate the current flow of product through all their existing facilities and then establish the most efficient through-put production process for their team that could be incorporated into the new building. The Briohn team worked closely with the Sharp Packaging production team to develop a program and building that fit Sharp Packaging’s future and long term growth plans.
