THE CHALLENGE
Lakeland Supply aimed to construct a new headquarters that would accommodate offices, training, R&D, and warehousing all in one place. The challenge was in securing a suitable location for the facility’s size and creating a unified, collaborative environment conducive to future growth, particularly in warehousing.
The Briohn team helped find and procure the land, quickly secure permits through municipality relationships, and assembled a strategic design approach that provided the structure and aesthetic for a state-of-the-art headquarters for Lakeland Supply.
THE RESULT
The end result was a 60,400 SF expansion creating a total of 200,000 SF production, collaboration, and warehousing facility. The Lakeland Supply facility boasts two levels of industrial modern office space, 9 loading docks, 1 drive in door, a sophisticated warehousing and racking system, and rooftop solar panels that stretch the length of a football field.
