THE CHALLENGE
Gordy’s Concrete Pumping saw explosive growth in Southeastern Wisconsin during the early 2000’s, mainly in part to residential expansion and commercial economic investment. This growth led to an expansion that their previous facility could not hold. They needed additional space for their full service and repair facility, warehousing of equipment and trucks, as well as office space for their team.
The Briohn team stepped in to help secure land and develop a comprehensive design plan which provided the size, structural agility, and collaborative space the Gordy’s team needed to service their continued growth in our area and beyond.
THE RESULT
The end result was a 75,000 SF facility that provides ample space for the Gordy’s team. The new facility is complete with 10 service bays, an overhead heavy-lift crane system to help transport truck parts, warehousing and storage space for their equipment, and a modern office setting for team members. The Gordy’s team is thrilled with their new facility, allowing them to maintain an efficient and collaborative work environment, and keep growing their business for the foreseeable future!
