Facing the challenge of limited space for expansion within their current building, the Create-A-Pack team initiated plans to construct an addition to their existing facility footprint. Working with the Briohn team, a design was developed to integrate more food handling space, freezer storage, and logistic operations. And, although this addition was completed and served as an immediate enhancement to their operations, the Create-A-Pack team knew that more space would be needed in a relatively short timeframe.

Once again, the Briohn team set forth on collaborating with the Create-A-Pack team and then designed an new, state-of-the art facility with the aim of not only expanding their manufacturing footprint but also accommodating for future growth. The new facility would be just steps away from the existing Create-A-Pack facility to ensure seamless operational workflow, safety, and efficiencies in production and warehousing.
