HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER:

• Work closely with the client and project teams to provide creative design solutions for interior space planning, development, and construction document creation. 
• Lead the design efforts through the interior development of the project. 
• Prepare design drawings for client meetings – per supervising professional request.
• Assist in the production of preliminary design drawings, design development drawings and construction document drawings.  
• Assist in the preparation of presentations to gain necessary approvals to move the project forward.  
• Provide architectural team with new product and research of materials based on vendor and manufacturer presentation meetings.
• Prepare limited interior finish selections and work with interior design consultants on a variety of projects. 

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Capability of developing drawings from concept sketches in Autodesk Revit for exterior and interior.
• Proficiency in research of Local and State Building Codes. 
• Ability to demonstrate creativity in solving architectural problems, while preserving program objectives and requirements
• Keen attention to details and ability to communicate vision for client understanding and approval. 
• Well organized and concern for deadlines, prioritization, and precision.
• Confident self-assured, and independent.
