Our in-house architects have the experience to help you design your scope needs to maximize the efficiency of your production and office space. Our fully-integrated model allows our architects and construction team to work side-by-side daily, allowing for better collaboration, faster results, and a more cost-efficient process.

BUILD

We deliver on-schedule results, regardless of project size or complexity. Your construction team shares regular updates on project schedule and milestones, including progress photos, so you know where your project is in every phase of the job. We have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Develop

We have more than four decades of experience developing, managing, and owning over 5,000,000 square feet of industrial & manufacturing space in Southeast Wisconsin. We frequently coordinate build-to-suit lease deals and have a creative approach that often has us partnering with our clients in the ownership structure. We have the team, capital, and financing relationships to help our clients move forward.
