Xiogenix is an innovator, manufacturer, supplier and production partner for Biomedical Sciences industry. Their work cell and gene therapy and tissue banking manufacturing is changing the game and helping to advance innovations in healthcare, which in turn helps maximize the gift of human life.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge Xiogenix had was space and establishing a setting where research & development could collaborate with manufacturing. Understanding this, our team set forth on designing and engineering a facility that would bring these two specialties together while creating an environment that the team liked working in and clients could visit.
THE RESULT
The resulting 78,675 SF office and industrial building will help Xiogenix continue innovating within the bioscience and pharmaceutical industries, right here in our backyard.
