Uptown Lincoln is one of the premier auto dealerships in Southeastern Wisconsin. They’re not only known for their safe and reliable vehicles, they’re also known for their superior maintenance and reputable customer service. When it came time to elevate their dealership to support the growing Lincoln brand, they reached out to the Briohn team to troubleshoot and execute this project.
THE CHALLENGE
Uptown’s Lincoln desire was to develop a new dealership for their Lincoln line of vehicles on existing lots while not interrupting the flow of business or sales of other vehicles. However, with the highway 100 corridor being extremely busy, narrow, and lacking space this posed as a challenge. To find a solution, the Briohn team explored ways to develop a land next to Hwy 41/45 which was also under construction. And, with our team of in-house architects and designers, we developed plans to build a sleek, modern, yet functional facility that matched the excellence of the Lincoln brand.
THE RESULT
The end result was a show-stopping 7,865 SF Lincoln dealership / showroom to help sell new Lincoln vehicles. Our team implmented classy touches like floor lighting, a customer waiting coffee bar, sleek office spaces for salespeople, and multiple car bays to display Lincolns. We’re thrilled for Uptown Lincoln’s growth in our market!
