Paul Davis Restoration provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm or other disasters. Their rapidly growing network of more than 300 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada shows just how important their services are to a range of residential and commercial clients.

THE CHALLENGE

The challenge for Paul Davis Restoration in our area was:

  1. Provide a hub for all local restoration service projects, with room to grow.
  2. Provide a state of the art office setting for employees
  3. Provide a training environment where employees could learn and collaborate with other Paul Davis Restoration employees across the country

Our team got to work exploring land and development opportunities for this new facility, and designing an innovative facility that met all of the demands of their business.

THE RESULT

The end result was just what the Paul Davis Restoration team was looking for, and proved to be a showcase project for our team. Their new 100,000 SF office and warehouse building provides ample space for existing restoration projects, storage, training, and beautiful office space for their team.
