SET UP FOR SUCCESS
Since 1966, Paul Davis Restoration has expertly restored residential and commercial properties following severe storms and water, fire, and mold disasters. Their rapidly growing network of more than 300 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada shows just how important their services are to a range of residential and commercial clients.
Having identified a growing opportunity in the Appleton, WI area, the Paul Davis Restoration team reached out to the Briohn team after previously working together to complete their Pewaukee, WI headquarters.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge for Paul Davis Restoration in Appleton was identifying a building suitable for their operations, which needed to include:
- A hub for all local restoration service projects, with room to grow
- A state-of-the-art office setting for employees
- A training environment where employees can learn and collaborate with other Paul Davis Restoration employees across the country
Our team identified a land opportunity where the Paul Davis Restoration team could partner with another organization to build and lease the additional facility space.
Our architects, engineers, and construction staff worked directly with the team at Paul Davis to shape the layout, workflow, and spaces they needed to support the restoration work they do every day.
THE RESULT
The end result was a brand new facility totaling 77,000 square feet, with 44,000 square feet dedicated to Paul Davis’ office and shop operations. The remaining portion is occupied by Rivian, which will use the space as its first service center in Wisconsin. It’s great to see the building supporting multiple organizations that serve the region in different ways.
