The high visibility outerwear category has grown substantially over the last few years, and in return, so has Max Apparel’s business. They needed a new facility to pack and ship these orders that was located in the East Troy area and would support future expansion of the building as the business continues to grow. We helped their team find and secure new land for development, and our design team produced plans for a facility that supported the warehousing and logistical throughput Max Apparel needed to keep up with demand.
