LiphaTech needed a building addition to support their continued growth in developing pest control solutions.
THE RESULT
The end result was a brand new 100,000 SF facility along with a 13,000 SF addition to support manufacturing capabilities. Adron’s new facility was built with all the aesthetic, production, collaboration, and security in mind. This new facility boasts temperature and humidity-controlled manufacturing areas, multiple security access levels through office and manufacturing space, and overhead cranes designed to expand with the building.
