Leonardo DRS is a prime contractor, leading technology innovator and supplier of integrated products, services and support to military forces, intelligence agencies and defense contractors worldwide. And, one of their facilities is located in our own backyard.
THE CHALLENGE
Leonardo DRS required a large, segmented, and an ultra-secure facility that included state-of-the-art electrical roadmapping and distribution to support their R&D and end deliverables to their customers. Our team designed the building to include various sectors with secure access points, worked with our subcontractors to establish best-in-class electrical integration using advanced products and techniques, and made sure safety was our #1 priority throughout the project.
THE RESULT
Leonardo DRS has a new 283,000 SF state-of-the-art facility that supports their rigorous R&D, testing, and development of technology for their customers. This facility is next to a three story office building that supports their production operations. Our team fully remodeled this office building as an additional phase of this project. will support Leonardo DRS activity for years to come.
