KHS is a leading filling and packaging provider who manufactures equipment for some of the world’s largest beer, water, soft drink, milk and food brands. But, their business doesn’t stop there; they also research and offer flexible packaging material solutions focused on quality and sustainability.
THE CHALLENGE
Because of consistent growth and innovation their existing facility was limiting expansion efforts and warehousing capabilities. And, their team understood that for continued success they’d need to double-down on collaboration and streamlined processes. Our team helped design and build a facility addition that provided seamless integration to their existing production space while adding and modernizing an office setting for enhanced collaboration.
THE RESULT
KHS wasted no time moving into the addition, and kept their existing operations up and running during the entirety of the build. The end result of this collaboration was 5,000 SF of new office space and 17,000 SF of new assembly and warehousing space. We were thrilled to collaborate with KHS on this project and will be following closely with their growth goals!
