THE CHALLENGE
KDV was in need of a new facility that could combine their operation under one roof. Inefficiencies in their process, production and storage during a growth phase was taxing on their team and operation. The Briohn team stepped in to design a new facility that met the immediate needs of their organization while leaving plenty of space for growth. Briohn secured land in Waukesha that would accommodate the size and infrastructure requirements KDV was in need of. Our team broke ground and finished construction of the facility shell in under 4 months, ultimately delivering the finish facility in 8 months.Â
