Illing’s day-to-day business activity at their existing location was becoming cramped due to a 20% increase in staffing and 35% increase in inventory management – all from a rapidly growing new business pipeline. Their team knew it was time for an expansion or new development that combined all their existing buildings under one roof to increase efficiency and collaboration. They sought out the Briohn team to help work through the best route for their operation. A plan was established to secure land and build a new production and warehousing facility that provided ample space for their continued growth. Briohn helped custom design a new facility that included a large production space to fit Illing’s custom packaging printers, warehouse storage, truck bays to handle outgoing shipments, and office and break room spaces for employees.

Land was secured in Germantown, WI for the new development. The location was a central hub for Illing’s existing business and allowed quick access to highways for logistical purposes but also their employees. Briohn’s network of project managers, superintendents and subcontractors took on this project during the Winter months and delivered the project ahead of schedule.
