The Hounds & Tap, based in Menomonee Falls, WI, is a tavern, dog park, doggy daycare, boarding and grooming facility wrapped into one, and had become the go-to hangout spot for hounds and humans alike.
THE CHALLENGE
Looking to expand their business and incorporate more service offerings, the owners at The Hounds & Tap knew they had to build something that would accommodate their growth ambitions.Â
Working with the Briohn team, we helped search and find a central location near a residential and business area, then collaborated with the Hounds & Tap team to craft a design blueprint that best supported the services and dog gone fun they wanted to provide their customers.
THE RESULT
The end result was a brand new 38,000 SF facility that everyone, even the dogs, was barking about. The facility boasts a modern design, fenced in turf area for dogs to play, grooming stations, a boarding area for the dogs, and a retail area inside for the taproom.
