THE CHALLENGE
Facing the challenge of limited space for expansion within Wisconsin, High Format worked with Briohn to develop plans to construct a new facility, with the aim of not only expanding their footprint but also accommodating for future growth. Teaming up with Briohn, High Format delved into a thorough investigation of potential building sites that aligned with their size and geographical requirements. Throughout the site evaluation, Briohn leveraged its in-house capabilities to test-fit multiple site plans while simultaneously budgeting for the buildings on those specific sites. This unique approach allowed High Format to make real-time decisions on both scope of work and site selection, streamlining the entire development and construction process.
THE RESULT
The end result was a brand new 40,000 SF facility that will specifically allow High Format to focus on production and distribution of walls and steps. Inside, this new building houses their proprietary manufacturing process and will help them expand their business in the Midwest. Outside, their new 10-acre stone yard will be a holding area for all of their raw materials.
