CONSOLIDATING OPERATIONS
Green Bay Packaging is an integrated, full-service manufacturer of high-quality custom corrugated packaging, folding cartons, and coated label products. They have over 40+ locations nationwide and sustainably manage over 450,000 acres of timberlands to achieve a high standard of environmental stewardship.
THE CHALLENGE
Green Bay Packaging had an operations dilemma. Operating out of three separate buildings in close proximity, they knew there were efficiencies to be had, while also gaining valuable production space for future growth. The Briohn team stepped in and provided several layouts and renderings for how the three facilities could combine into one without sacrificing throughput of their operation. Once a direction was selected, the Briohn team secured a plot of land in Germantown to accommodate the headquarters facility.
THE RESULT
The result was a new 270,000 SF headquarters facility that provided Green Bay Packaging the ability to consolidate operations under one roof. The building features modern office spaces, employee break rooms, over 20 loading bays which span 2 sides of the building, and production space accommodating production and warehousing.
