GRAFF Designs, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, with locations throughout Europe, GRAFF is globally recognized for its trend-setting products and unique vision. Supported since 1922 by extensive plumbing and hardware manufacturing experience, GRAFF has positioned itself at the forefront of design creating designer-based collections for the luxury market.
THE CHALLENGE
Facing the challenge of limited space for expansion within their current building, GRAFF Designs initiated plans to explore additional sites to build a new facility to support showcasing their products, warehousing and shipping. Teaming up with Briohn, GRAFF delved into a thorough site evaluation. Briohn leveraged its in-house capabilities to assemble multiple site plans that provided GRAFF multiple design options to support their expanding perations. This approach allowed GRAFF to make real-time decisions on both scope of work and layout, streamlining the entire development and construction process. The result: a fast-tracked development which spaned a total of 8 months from start to finish.Â
THE RESULT
The end result was a brand new 105,945 SF facility with warehouse racking, office space and an internal 3,000 SF interior mezzanine that will support a product showcase for local customers. We’re thrilled to have supported the GRAFF team with this build.
