Flexo-Graphics, based in Butler, WI, is an expert in digital, hybrid printing technologies, and workflow patterns to produce award-winning labels, sleeves, and pouches to ensure a seamless customer experience. Their business was seeing growing demand but their current facility could not accommodate equipment and warehousing to support that demand.
THE CHALLENGE
Facing the challenge of limited space for expansion within their current building, Flexo-Graphics initiated plans to construct an addition to their existing facility, with the aim of not only expanding their manufacturing footprint but also accommodating for future growth. Briohn leveraged its in-house capabilities to engineer a plan for the addition that prevented interruption of the operations and seamlessly integrated to the existing footprint of the facility.

The end result was a brand new 20,850 SF addition to support production capabilities. Flexo-Grpahic’s new facility was built with all the aesthetic, production, collaboration, and security in mind. This new facility boasts temperature and humidity-controlled production areas, multiple security access levels through office and production space, and plenty of warehousing to expand with the building.
