A challenge Briohn encountered and had to overcome during this project was figuring out how to develop and construct the facility on a busy corridor in the heart of Germantown’s commercial strip, while making consumer accessibility simple. The construction site was surrounded on all 4 sides with either traffic or other retail activity. Our team set forth on assembling architectual plans that cleverly leveraged every square foot of buildable space to seamlessly integrate the building,  a drive-thru, and parking.
