BUILT FOR THE
LONG-TERM
We worked with The Dickman Company, Inc. to design and build this 182,000 SF commercial facility in Deforest, WI. The facility will hold multiple tenants.
THE CHALLENGE
Briohn broke ground in May of 2025 with an expectation to complete the project before Winter. Working with our experienced bench of subcontractors, we began work at warp speed, grading the land and pouring pads and footings. The team needed to account for water run-off, so two 1-acre retention ponds were established. Over the course of Summer and Fall, Briohn was able to construct the building, install the precast and roof, and fully enclose the building.
THE RESULT
The end result was a 182,000 SF commercial facility suited for multiple tenants, 20 dock bays, 4 oversided entry bays, and a 24″ tall ceiling throughout. We completed the project in November 2025. Based on tenant requirements, we will conduct interior buildouts.
