Tremendous growth over the last several years was putting strain on their current facility, with limited training and class rooms for their various offerings. Their leadership team knew it was time to explore a new facility to support their growing business.
THE CHALLENGE
Facing the challenge of limited space for expansion within their current facility, Attitude Dance Company worked with Briohn to construct a new facility. The aim for the new building was not only expanding their classroom and training footprint but also accommodating their staff with office space and storage. Understanding Attitude Dance Company’s size, geographical, and facility requirements, the Briohn team recommended a build site in Lisbon, near their existing facility. Briohn leveraged its in-house capabilities to test-fit multiple site plans while simultaneously budgeting for the buildings on those specific sites. This unique approach allowed Attitude Dance Company to make real-time decisions on both scope of work and site selection, streamlining the entire development and construction process.

Completed in just 8 months, the end result was a brand new 10,400 SF facility that expanded Attitude Dance Company’s footprint and allowed for continued growth. The facility boasts 4 dance rooms, locker rooms, integrated security across the facility, and a world-class sound system. Their team now has the workspace needed to plan, produce, and collaborate with their dancers.
