Alter Trading’s day-to-day business activity at their Milwaukee location includes metal and concrete sorting. Their operational footprint includes expansive storage area as well as spaces for specific sorting and recycling. Their team reached out to Briohn to help custom design a new facility that included space for large conveyor sorting equipment tied to another building, office and break room spaces. The foundation included an incredibly strong concrete pad to hold up from immense weight pressures from their operational activity.

Our team took on this challenge, designing a facility that seamlessly integrated their sorting operations and provided the necessary additional space for their teams to work. Our network of project managers, superintendents and subcontractors took on this project during the Winter months and delivered the project ahead of schedule.
