Facing the challenge of limited space for expansion within their current building, Adron initiated plans to construct a new facility, with the aim of not only expanding their manufacturing footprint but also accommodating for future growth.  Teaming up with Briohn, Adron delved into a thorough investigation of potential building sites that aligned with their size and geographical requirements. Throughout the site evaluation, Briohn leveraged its in-house capabilities to test-fit multiple site plans while simultaneously budgeting for the buildings on those specific sites. This unique approach allowed Adron to make real-time decisions on both scope of work and site selection, streamlining the entire development and construction process. The result: a fast-tracked journey that not only eliminated unexpected costs and approval delays but also paved the way for seamless growth.

And speaking of growth, Adron approached our team in early 2025 about expanding their footprint. During the planning of construction of Adron’s new headquarters, our team planned for a potential expansion and shared those opportunites with the Adron team. By the Fall of 2025 we opened the doors to the seamless addition to Adron’s facility without interuption to their day-t0-day operations.
